Turn on the printer while pressing and holding Continue ( right arrow ).First, you must enter the Configuration menu with the following steps:.Press Down to "Reset Wireless" and press checkmark.Press Down to "Network" and press checkmark.System Section - resets the system parameters.User Scan Section - resets the e-mail and server address entries in the Address Book.User Fax Section - resets the fax number entries in the Address Book.Press Down until the desired setting is highlighted, and press checkmark.Press Down to "System Setup" and press checkmark.Press Down to "Reset LAN" and press checkmark.The printer restarts automatically to apply the settings.Once "Are You Sure?" is displayed, press checkmark.Press Down to "Reset Defaults" and press checkmark.Press Down to "Admin Menu" and press checkmark.Press Stop / Clear to return to "Ready" mode.Repeat steps 3 through 5 to clear another item.Press OK (Asterisk) when "Yes" appears."NetScan Report" - Clears the information on network scan sessions in memory."Fax RCV Report" - Clears all records of received faxes."Sent Report" - Clears all records of sent faxes and emails."Address Book" - Clears all of the fax number and email address entries stored in memory."Network" - Restores all of the network options to the factory default."System Setup" - Restores all of the system options to the factory default."Scan Setup" - Restores all of the scan options to the factory default."Copy Setup" - Restores all of the copy options to the factory default."Fax Setup" - Restores all of the fax options to the factory default."All Settings" - Clears all of the data stored in memory and resets all of your settings to the factory default.Press Left/Right to the item you want to clear.Press Left/Right to "Clear Setting "and press OK (Asterisk).Press Menu and go Left / Right to "System Setup" and press OK (Asterisk).When the "Are you sure?" message appears on the operator panel, press Left / Right to "Yes" and press checkmark.Press Down to "Wired Network" and press checkmark.
